Sicelo comes from a health professional background before she skilled up within the SME, business development and organic agriculture sectors. She is experienced within many local government programmes such as forest management, and capacity building and mentorship to rural women. She is also active in the country’s energy sector and is a director at HYDROWSA, SA’s first hydro-electric station.
Currently Sicelo is working with the design and implementation of sustainable farming systems while also promoting a Global Soil Doctor Training Programme nationally. She is passionate about social empowerment and community upliftment, and works with several child and family welfare groups, crisis centres and education facilities.
